Quyen Clifton is a dedicated HR executive with over 25+ years of leadership experience in all aspects of human resources. She specializes in HR compliance & operations, total rewards, HR transformation, talent acquisition, conflict management, employee/labor relations and learning & development. She has led the HR function on a regional, national and global level with organizations such as Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Auto Parts), Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, Prologis, AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc. (now Lucky Strike), Level 3 Communications (now CenturyLink) and Excel Energy. Prior to starting her career in HR, she spent 10+ years in retail store management. Quyen is passionate about helping others and is a lifelong continuous learner. 

Quyen is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. She possesses a BA in History from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She currently serves as an Executive Board Member for the Mile High Red Cross, Tiffany Circle National Committee member for the American Red Cross and is a volunteer for Hire Heroes. While not working with our clients and volunteering, Quyen enjoys life in sunny Colorado with her husband, Gregory Clifton. She loves cooking, gardening, trying out new restaurants and is a diehard Denver Broncos & Nuggets fan.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in HR, management, and finance, which has equipped her with a broad base of business knowledge. Her passion for helping business owners achieve their financial goals through their most valuable asset—their people—led her to combine her skills as a CFO and Human Resource Manager. She left corporate America to assist small to mid-sized business owners in reaching their objectives.

Michelle holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Accounting. In 2014, she pursued her CPA license to further broaden her expertise. She began her career as a Store Manager for a Global 500 specialty retailer, managing over 100 employees during peak seasons. She then transitioned to partnering with small business owners, some with as few as three employees. This diverse experience has made Michelle a results-focused leader, delivering scalable solutions tailored to growing business needs.
